WINDOWS INSTALLER ONLY:
You'll have to start the installer in elevated mode ("Run as Administrator"), otherwise you'll get an error message.

• A temporary license will be automatically generated when you run the JPA installer so you don't need to generate a license on Versant's developer center.
• For more information check the "docs" directory in your Versant JPA install location
• Updates will be released on a monthly basis (stay tuned!)

If updating from build 852 (or older) of Versant JPA 0.9, please be advised, that we changed the datatype being used for "boolean" in the backend. Please drop and recreate your databases.

WINDOWS INSTALLER ONLY:
If updating from build 852 (or older) of Versant JPA 0.9, please uninstall first and then run the installer, updating the old installation directly won't work. As of build 960, Versant JPA 0.9 uses the VC 10 runtime system instead of the VC 9 runtime system.
